At the heart of Morph are Dima and Bas – two entrepreneurs united by a shared belief: true organizational development begins with empowering individuals. We are convinced that lasting change is always about people, and that democratized professional coaching is one of the most powerful levers for tackling business challenges related to strategy, people, and culture. We bring highly complementary strengths to the table. Bas has deep experience in business transformations and building coaching-driven cultures within organizations, while Dima combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for human development and extensive expertise in systems development and product management from multiple start-up ventures. Together, we form a powerful partnership, committed to helping organizations transform by connecting strategic ambition with human potential.

The Journey

The Journey

The roots of Morph trace back over five years, when Bas collaborated with a major Dutch holding company to build a new startup. From the beginning, coaching was deliberately embedded into the strategy: every employee was paired with a personal coach. Through this partnership, individuals navigated workplace challenges, crafted development plans, and mapped their growth journeys.

This approach proved transformational. It strengthened the link between individuals and strategic goals, improved communication, and lightened leaders' management burden. Employees gained clarity, growth, and engagement, while the organization saw major gains in performance, wellbeing, and resilience. Embedding coaching became a cornerstone of success – accelerating individual and organizational growth.

Inspired by this thriving coaching culture, Bas and Dima decided to bring the model to other organizations – helping them tackle strategic, people, and cultural challenges through coaching, just as it was successfully done for Vibe Group.
